Originally from Nashua, New Hampshire, Emily earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition from Shepherd University and has spent over a decade promoting wellness. As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Precision Nutrition coach, she uses a holistic approach that addresses the root causes of health concerns to improve nutrient absorption, gut healing, reduced inflammation, and balanced hormones.
