Dr. Al Starlings grew up in Mt. Airy, MD, earned his Bachelor's Degree at Shepherd University, and completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in West Virginia. After more than three years at Ranking Physical Therapy, he joined Limitless to provide more individualized, personal care, focusing on helping athletes return to their sport at a higher level than before their injury.
