Whatever's holding you back — pain, injury, or a performance plateau — we've got a hands-on, evidence-based approach to get you moving again.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is a drug-free, affordable, first-line treatment for most muscle and joint problems, clinically proven to reduce pain and dysfunction. Treatment generally moves through three phases—pain relief, strengthening, and functional integration—delivered by licensed physical therapists through in-office sessions and at-home exercises. Each treatment plan is customized around the patient's mobility, balance, range of motion, and personal goals.
Learn more →Orthopedic Therapy
Orthopedic physical therapy is a specialized field focused on treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. It begins with an evaluation and physical exam, then a customized plan combining exercise, manual therapy, modalities (heat/ice), and assistive devices such as braces or splints. The goal is to help patients recover from injury, reduce pain and inflammation, increase mobility and strength, and prevent future injury.
Learn more →Manual Therapy
Manual therapy at Limitless is a hands-on cornerstone of advanced orthopedic care, delivered by Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapists (COMT) Dr. Christa D'Egidio and Dr. Al Starlings. It includes techniques such as joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, and neural mobilization to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function. Rather than a passive approach, it is highly individualized and integrated into a full plan of care with strength work, movement retraining, and education.
Learn more →Dry Needling
Dry Needling (also known as intramuscular stimulation or trigger point dry needling) is a safe, evidence-based treatment that inserts a sterile solid filament needle into muscles, tendons, ligaments, or near nerves to relax myofascial trigger points. The technique produces a local twitch response that leads to lasting muscle relaxation, reduced tension, and increased mobility. Unlike acupuncture, it is based on modern Western neuroanatomy and study of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems.
Learn more →Cupping
Cupping is a traditional practice, used at Limitless to increase soft tissue mobility and speed healing by promoting increased blood flow to a targeted region. Rather than glass cups and flame, the clinic uses a variable pressure pump to tailor treatment to each patient's comfort. Sometimes described as a "tissue distraction" technique, cups are moved across the body to lift and separate tissue.
Learn more →IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)
IASTM is a manual form of physical therapy in which therapists use specialized metal or plastic tools to gently scrape and move the skin to reduce pain and inflammation and promote healing. The instruments help therapists find and treat affected areas more accurately, effectively removing scar tissue and connective tissue restrictions. A mild inflammatory response is triggered to support the body's natural healing and functional restoration.
Learn more →Blood Flow Restriction Therapy
Personalized blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy uses a specialized tourniquet system, similar to a blood pressure cuff, to temporarily and intermittently reduce blood flow to a targeted area during exercise. This tricks the muscles into responding as if performing hard exercise, allowing patients to train at low loads (20-35% of effort) while gaining strength and hypertrophy responses. It accelerates the healing process after injury or surgery without excessive strain on the affected area.
Learn more →Vestibular Therapy
Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy is a specialized type of physical therapy used to treat vestibular disorders. It often includes manual head maneuvers plus a progressive program to reduce vertigo, dizziness, visual problems, imbalance, and falls. Treatment combines expert clinical evaluation with customized plans that address both the physical and neurological components of symptoms, with personalized home exercises to support recovery.
Learn more →Sports Performance
Limitless's sports physical therapy programs are designed for competitive athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone who loves to move, going beyond injury recovery to help patients move better, train smarter, and prevent future setbacks. The approach assesses the whole athlete—movement, strength, mobility, and sport demands—through one-on-one sessions with board-certified therapists. Care includes advanced manual therapy, strength training, and sport-specific progression to help athletes come back stronger.
Learn more →Titleist Performance Institute (TPI)
Limitless offers Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) programs and assessments to help golfers of all skill levels improve their game. Programs focus on the physical and biomechanical aspects of the golf swing through exercises, drills, and personalized coaching to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. Assessments—including physical screening, swing analysis, and ball flight analysis—identify physical limitations impacting the swing and inform a personalized training plan.
Learn more →Small Group Training
Small group training combines personalized physical therapy attention with the power of a supportive community, conducting sessions with typically 2 to 6 participants. Despite the group setting, each participant receives individualized attention and a treatment plan tailored to their needs and goals. The format fosters motivation, accountability, and emotional support while remaining a more cost-effective option for physical therapy.
